Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the pop musical by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice that debuted in 1972, and is now a classic. The play tells the biblical story of Joseph through lively, witty songs and dances that run the gamut from country to pop and rock. Joseph’s half-brothers hate him because he is their father Jacob’s favorite, so they sell him into slavery. Despite his trials, Joseph survives and becomes an adviser to Pharaoh. When Joseph finally is reunited with his family, he discovers the true meaning of forgiveness.  This family fun musical is a treat for all audiences!
