The South Seneca Elementary School has a Safety Patrol Program that is designed to use patrol members as role models for younger children. They teach other students about safety on a peer-to-peer basis. The benefits of having a Safety Patrol Program range from leadership development and other aspects of personal growth, to developing a sense of volunteerism in service to others.  This year's Safety Patrol include:  Nikole Herndon, Andre Elmore, Peter Trim, Michele Bixby, Hunter Denmark, Courtney Schenk, Jacob Moore, Brandon Rosenberg, Madison Welch, Samantha Coyle, Briana Youngquest, Heidi Langley, Skylar Howard, Briana McCoy, Jade Parsons, Erick Webster, Felecia Kohut, and Maddy Houck.
