Fourth and Fifth Grade Classes held elections recently for the Elementary School Student Council.  The Student Council meets monthly and assists in planning community service  and school events.  Presently, members are working on getting books ready for delivery to the "Little Red Bookshelves" that are in area businesses.  Children can take books to keep, borrow and return them from these shelves.  Also, on their agenda is a 'Hot Cocoa Cafe' in February.  Monies raised from this event will go to an outreach chosen by the council.  The students are also involved in helping with Teacher Appreciation Week.
