The goal of the PE Department is to create an environment where our students can learn and practice
health and fitness skills and principles so they have the knowledge and ability to maintain healthy, active lifestyles now and after graduation.
Physical Education includes education in a variety of sports, games and activities involving group and individual participation. Students upon
graduation are required to complete 2 credits and are required to create a personal fitness plan that includes both a weight lifting component
as well as a cariovascular component.
